2010 Prairieville Park Open is USPMGA Sanctioned tournament benefiting Urban Camp at Timber- Lee in conjuntion with BASICS in Milwaukee. This fundraiser helps city kids from low income families to spent tme in recreational and educational summer youth camps. It is a great experience for kids who otherwise would live summer in the city while their parents work several jobs to feed the family. Believe it or not but some of these children had opportunity for the first time in their life to see star- filled night sky which otherwise they would not notice due to bright city lights. This year Prairieville Park is helping nine children by raising 810 dollars.

Prairieville Park is very actively involved with community and donates to many very worthy causes.

Tournament consisted of three rounds. First round was qualifier for semifinal 12 spots. The scores of first two rounds decided who will be top 6 players to compete for top prizes.

The course is par 50 and is extrenmely difficult course even for experienced players. It is the second most difficult course I have played in my life and therefore scores of 60 points per round should be considered as a good score for novice player.
